Covers well-child and sick visits, newborn care, sports and camp physicals, lactation support, chronic condition management, developmental assessments, and routine labs. After-hours phone, text, and video access. Optional 4th Trimester Newborn Package ($1,500, includes 4 home visits) and home visits ($300/visit). Vaccination status does not affect membership. No insurance billed.
